Karlheinz Nellessen - Chairman
From 1994 until mid-2011 Mr. Nellessen had been a member of the board of the National Bank AG, Essen and had been responsible especially for the market area corporate clients and international business. As a representative of the National Bank AG, Mr. Nellessen has been a member of the supervisory board since March 2002 and had already been its chairman from January 2007 until mid-2011. In December 2011 Mr. Nellessen was again elected as the chairman of the supervisory board. Today, Mr. Nellessen is a member of several supervisory and advisory boards of medium-sized companies as well as of banks.
