Our Mission
Since our foundation in 2000, we have been assisting medium-sized companies throughout Germany in important transactions. The sale of companies including succession planning and equity investment is one of our specialties. In addition, we support our clients in the acquisition of companies. In particular, we have many years of expertise in the healthcare sector and various industrial sectors.
We offer comprehensive advice and support throughout the entire transaction process. M&A advisory includes support during all necessary steps: From the analysis of your company to the initiation of contacts with potential investors to the successful closing of the deal. Especially in the field of corporate finance we support our clients and together we find the best possible financing option.

The Executive Board
Prof. Dr. Michael Nelles
Prof. Dr. Michael Nelles holds a doctorate and habilitation in business administration and was Chair of Finance and Banking at the University of Wuppertal until 2009. He founded – together with several successful entrepreneurs – Conpair AG in 2000.
From the beginning, he has actively driven the successful growth of the group of companies. Since 2007, Michael Nelles has increasingly dedicated himself to the strategic development of the group of companies, having previously only been active as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and active shareholder.
