Cash Pooling

What is meant by cash pooling?

Cash pooling is an instrument for managing Group financing. In essence, the aim is to balance liquidity within the Group. This involves the subsidiaries granting liquid funds in the form of loans to the Group company, which in turn manages these funds centrally for all companies.
