What is a shareholader's agreement?
Shareholders’ agreement: contractual provisions that are not made in the partnership agreement itself. In principle, they are not subject to the formal requirements for (GmbH) partnership agreements. The commercial register publicity does not intervene regarding shareholders’ agreements. This means that provisions can be made there which are to remain confidential.
