Short List

What is a short list?

List of prospective buyers, which is compiled based on feedback and expressions of interest in the teaser (short exposé). The information memorandum (exposé) is sent to the prospective buyers named there, but usually only after an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) has been concluded.
